FLAT RATE Services must be done OFF SITE, and we will come to pickup/deliver your computer. When we return, we will connect you to your existing internet connection, and your printer (up to 30 min of on-site setup time is included FREE, extra time is billed in 15 min increments) Average turn around time is 24-48 hours. More time may be required for multiple machines serviced. If we need to reinstall your system WE WILL BACKUP YOUR DATA FREE, although you will need to provide disks for all of your applications used that did not come with your computer.
